Canaleiro (Katukina)

Immerse yourself in a deeply transformative journey with one of the Amazon rainforest’s most revered and powerful healing trees — Canaleiro. This rare and exceptional Rappé blend is crafted with the sacred ashes of the Cenostigma macrophyllum tree and paired with Corda Mapacho – a naturally fermented, rope-style tobacco cherished for its rich, grounding energy.

A very rare and hard to come by blend. Due to the highly selective and limited preparation each year, this Rappé is considered rare and precious. We are honoured to receive small batches directly from source, made with intention and reverence.

This particular blend combines Canaleiro and Tsunu ashes, offering a unique aromatic profile and spiritual potency. It is infused with the celebrated organic Corda Mapacho, cultivated by a well-respected Katukina Pajé who is known throughout the region for his exceptional craftsmanship and deep relationship with the plants.

This sacred snuff said to align the body’s energy system, resonating strongly with the solar plexus area, the place of will and the fire element — bringing warmth, strength and clarity. Canaleiro ash is regarded as complete in its healing properties, supporting cell regeneration, hormonal balance and the restoration of natural vitality.

The bark of the Canaleiro tree belongs to the Fabaceae family and is renowned for its potent medicinal qualities, Canaleiro is traditionally used in a variety of ways to support the reduction of pain and inflammation, particularly in the joints and spine. It is valued in the treatment of conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, and rheumatism. It also aids in blood purification and energetic cleansing — helping to restore balance within the physical and subtle energy systems.

This is a powerful and sacred medicine, best approached with respect and consciousness. Ideal for ritual use, meditative journeys and ceremonial spaces, it invites deep connection, healing and transformation.
